Driven by our passion and love for authentic coffee, we started on a mission to introduce the rich tradition of Vietnamese coffee beans to the UAE. That journey has now come to a fruitful new journey with the opening of our cafe, which was designed to provide coffee lovers with an experience unlike any other.
The UAE is a high-energy country with lengthy hours. Most typical lattes contain Arabica beans, which are recognized for their acidity and low caffeine level. Ca Phin specializes in Fine Robusta, the world's most powerful coffee variety.
These beans, sourced straight from Vietnam's Central Highlands, contain nearly twice as much caffeine as the usual Arabica cup. It delivers a clean, continuous energy boost without the jitters, making it ideal for a busy meeting schedule or a late-night study session.
Life in the Emirates moves at lightning speed. We are used to "instant" everything. Ca Phin invites you to hit the "pause button."
The main attraction of the experience is the Phin Filter, a traditional metal dripper that lies directly on top of your glass. There are no paper filters or costly machinery. You merely observe the gradual, rhythmic trickle of coffee. It takes 4 to 5 minutes to brew, providing a rare opportunity for coffee meditation before your day begins.

The most famous preparation, Cà Phê Sữa Đá, combines the intense, dark-roasted coffee with creamy, sweetened condensed milk over a glass of ice. Then the result? A bold, chocolaty and incredibly refreshing drink that stands up to the heat much better than a watered-down iced Americano.
While the beans are grown in Vietnam, Ca Phin guarantees that they are freshly roasted in the UAE. Coffee loses its unique flavor qualities quickly after roasting.
