Shipping

At Ca Phin Coffee Supply, we’re committed to delivering the freshest coffee right to your door. All orders are shipped directly from Dubai, ensuring you receive your coffee products freshly roasted and full of flavour.

We currently offer delivery to all Emirates within the UAE, from Dubai to Al Ain—wherever you are, we’ve got you covered.

Standard Shipping:

  • All orders within the UAE are shipped via Quiqup Couriers and will arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Fee: Free for orders above AED 150. For orders below AED 150, a delivery charge of AED 12 applies.

 

Order tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive an SMS notification with tracking information so you can easily monitor your delivery’s progress. Return

We take pride in the quality and freshness of our products. Due to the nature of our coffee and merchandise, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team at letstalk@caphin.co within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds

At Ca Phin, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to make it right. Simply return the damaged item, and we’ll replace it with a new one of the same value.
